Coconut shake and porridge with bananas for breakfast - really yummy why have I not tried this before? Andrew sticks with eggs, but nicks some porridge and is hooked too. We ask Dao info on visiting the waterfall, she says you have to use a bike to get there. Even if taxi will take us they won't bring us back, it's a long walk back to the main road. We walk back to our chalet and spend the day dosing, reading, swimming and generally relaxing. We sat on the beach in our cozzies to watch a lovely sunset.

Later we went over the rickety bridge to Lee's Kitchen for dinner, amazing ground pork on toast for starters, but she didn't understand "no chillies please" so our sweet and sour was loaded. Andrew bravely ate his way through our dinner. Lee came out and seemed really distressed that I wasn't eating, she reappeared later with a tiny pink lantern as a prezzie for me - sweet.

We walked up to Taxi Stop where Mike told me he'd just made a very peppery beef stew, would I like some with some fresh french stick? I would indeed - makes you extra hungry watching someone eat your dinner. It was delicious, Andrew enjoyed it too, washed down with a Sang Som Set - this is a half bottle of Thai whiskey with 2 mixers of your choice. Time for bed.
